Fill a kettle with fresh water and shake to oxygenate. If the water in the zone is very rich in minerals (limestone, for example) bottled water should be used.
While the water heats up, scrape the Teapot where it will serve the tea. Whenever possible, opt for porcelain or glass containers as they do not alter the taste of the tea.
When the water begins to boil, introduce the tea.
As soon as the water boils, turn off the heat. Keep in mind that the more water boils, the more oxygen loss which will decrease the quality of the tea.
Pour the tea into the teapot and let stand for 5 minutes.
If you want to make stronger tea, increase the amount of tea and let it sit for less time. You should always be careful not to let the tea stand for more than 6 minutes as it will make the taste very bitter.
