Ingredients: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Recipe
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or water
- ¾ cup apple juice
- Pinch ground cinnamon
- Pinch salt
Directions:
1. In small saucepan, combine water or milk with apple juice and bring to boil on High (425°F).
2. Once liquid is boiling, reduce heat to Medium (275°F) and add cinnamon and salt.
3. Add oats and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Tips:
You can use quick oats instead of rolled oats. Simply stir in the oats and cook for just 1 minute.
