Without competition, Cusinart processor parts are the most numerous. Most food processors have multiple cutting discs, kneading, and chopping blades, the stem, and pusher…aside from other accessories you might own. The most frustrating piece to break, is, of course, the lid. A slip of the hand might sending it flying to the floor or into the sink. If the little piece that locks into place breaks, your entire processor will be useless.

The most essential thing to remember when you shop for a Cuisinart replacement part is the model number. Do not ever buy a piece without being sure that it is compatible with your model. Otherwise, you will be sorely disappointed. Or rather, frustrated.
